The melodious rhythms of the Flour Bluff High School Marching Band are set to charm residents once again at the 3rd annual Hot Dog Howdy Band Showcase. Scheduled for Saturday, August 19th at 6:00pm, the event will take place in the High School Band/Auditorium parking lot.
A celebration of music, community spirit, and delicious treats, this showcase is open to all – parents, students, and community members alike. The evening promises more than just musical excellence; attendees can savor a complimentary hot dog courtesy of the Dogfather II food truck, which is generously sponsoring the treats for the evening.
As the main highlight, high school band students will dazzle the audience with their summer band learnings. Additionally, special segments are lined up featuring the drum line, color guard, twirlers, and the Stingline. Those looking to take a piece of the musical evening home can browse through merchandise and enjoy refreshing snow cones, available for purchase from the Band Boosters.
In a special unveiling, the evening will also introduce the new band trailer wrap, made possible by the generous contributions of Iconic Sign Group LLC & South Texas Diesel and Automotive Services.
All are encouraged to bring their chairs, gather friends and family, and immerse in a night of harmony and community bonding. With beats, treats, and seats, it’s an evening not to be missed. Go Band Go! πΆππ΅π₯
